The blond wood grain frame measures 6x8 inches with inside borders of 5x7 inches.  The frame comes with a stand and backing that allows the frame to be hung.   Made with upcycled glass remnants and sea glass, these cute fish give a whimsical effect.  Bubbles are made from recycled ribbon pieces and all materials are secured with strong craft adhesive.
